QBIO is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to advancing research, education, and innovation in service of society and the environment. Founded by a multidisciplinary team of scientists, educators, and professionals, we operate at the intersection of applied research, technological and social innovation, and capacity building.

Our aim is to foster a collaborative and inclusive ecosystem that connects academia, research institutes, civil society, industry, and public institutions. We support both fundamental and applied research, with a strong emphasis on societal relevance, environmental responsibility, and knowledge valorisation.
